A-01Selected work

Systems in production, with the numbers to prove it.

Each one has a full case study with the decisions behind it.

Forex IB CRM + Telegram bot · Live

Project Nexus

Built for 12,000 members. Went live with 56,000.

A CRM that syncs a whole Vantage IB network every 20 minutes, plus a Telegram bot that checks every channel member against it. I took it over mid-milestone and led the build at Core Devs.

Project management SaaS · In daily use

Scrumo

A new core architecture, built solo in seven days.

Core Devs' project management app needed an architecture built for deep nesting and live rollups. I rebuilt the core from an empty repo, hardest module first. It now runs Core Devs delivery every day across three workspaces.

Biology Aid

A store that runs from a Google Sheet.

A one-page store for a biology educator's book and video course, built for students on mobile data. I cut the login and database from the brief, and every order lands in the sheet he already uses.

My own product · Built solo · In Facebook app review

MyMod

An AI that sells like a Bangladeshi shopkeeper.

An AI sales assistant for Facebook sellers. It replies in Bangla, English or Banglish, matches a buyer's screenshot to the exact variant in stock, and captures the order. Build complete, running with a pilot shop.

A-02What I build for you

Four kinds of work I've already shipped.

If your project lives in one of these, I've solved the hard parts on a real system before.

AI agents & LLM features

Sales and support agents, image and document understanding, and LLM features inside your product, with guardrails that hand off to a person instead of guessing.

Proof: MyMod

Trading bots & fintech automation

Signal execution on MT4/MT5, exchange bots, Telegram bots, broker and IB dashboards, and backtesting before real money moves.

Proof: Project Nexus

Web3 & smart contracts

Solana bots and DEX tooling, staking platforms, NFT mints, smart contracts and dApps that have run on live chains.

Proof: getPools

Web platforms & SaaS

Dashboards, CRMs, admin panels and full SaaS products, designed to stay fast as your data and your team grow.

Proof: Scrumo

A-03How a project runs

From first message to live software.

No surprises on scope, price or progress. You see working software at every step.

  1. 01

    A short call

Tell me the problem, not the tech. I'll tell you honestly whether I'm the right person.

  2. 02

    Written scope and quote

Requirements, milestones and price in writing, before a single line of code.

  3. 03

    Build in milestones

You test real, working software at each milestone.

  4. 04

    Launch and support

I deploy, hand over, and stay on for the fixes that only real users reveal.

A-04What clients say

Core Devs clients. Every review is public on Upwork.

Upwork reviews from Core Devs clients. As COO, I oversee delivery on the studio’s client projects.

“Everything outlined in the contract was delivered as agreed. What stood out most was the trust and communication, it felt less like a strict business relationship and more like working with someone who genuinely cares about the outcome.”
Andrei SandofBacktesting & Binance execution · Upwork
“I started with some uncertainty about how NFT smart contracts would work, and in the end I've learned so much. They are super patient about explaining lots of detail. The process is super smooth and the final deliverable is beyond expectation.”
SonniechainNFT smart contracts · Upwork
“Exceptional ethics. Precision and dedication in ensuring the client's needs are met on time and budget. I have spent over 18 months with these people and I wholeheartedly recommend them.”

A-05How I work

Hands-on engineer. Studio-grade delivery.

I write the code on your project myself, and I bring the delivery habits I use every day as COO of Core Devs.

  • You talk to the person building it

Questions get answered by the one who knows the code, the same day where possible.

  • Spec first, then code

Scrumo started from 237 written requirements. Nexus from a signed spec of 52. You know what you're getting before the build starts.

  • I cut what you don't need

On Biology Aid I removed the login, database and member area from the brief. The owner got more control and no monthly hosting bill.

  • I can pick up a project mid-flight

Nexus was taken over mid-milestone and approved the next day. Scrumo's core was rebuilt on a new architecture in a week.

A-08Questions

Before you message.

Can't see your question? Ask me on WhatsApp.

Do I hire you, or Core Devs?

Either way, you start with me. Focused builds I take on personally. If you have a big build or want a full team, I can onboard you with Core Devs, the studio where I run delivery.

How much will my project cost?

It depends on scope. After a short call I send a written scope with milestones and a price, so you know the full cost before any work starts.

Can you take over an existing codebase?

Yes. Project Nexus was taken over mid-milestone and approved the next day, and Scrumo's core was rebuilt on a new architecture.

Where are you, and how do we communicate?

Dhaka, Bangladesh (GMT+6). We can talk on WhatsApp, Telegram or email, and I usually reply within a day.

Do you work with Bangladeshi businesses too?

Yes. Biology Aid is a Bangladeshi business, and MyMod is built for Bangladeshi sellers, so I know local realities like bKash, Nagad and cash-on-delivery ordering.

A-09Start a project

Tell me what you're building.

Your idea, your timeline and a rough budget is enough. I'll tell you honestly if I can help.
